Who is responsible

This website
This website does not ask you for personal data, sets no cookies, and uses no analytics or advertising services and no tracking.
Like every web server, ours writes technical access logs (your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time). We use them to keep the server safe, to find faults, and to count visits in aggregate with statistics software that runs on our own server and is only visible to us. Logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
To show the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and style and script libraries from the public content networks jsDelivr, unpkg and cdnjs (Cloudflare). These providers receive your IP address when your browser fetches those files, under their own privacy policies.
Our games
Our games may send anonymous gameplay statistics and issue reports to our own server: progress in the game, device model, operating system version, and crash or issue reports. These are linked to a random ID created on the device, not to your name or email. We use them only to find and fix bugs and to make the games better. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in making our games work well (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
A game can have its own privacy notice with more detail, shown in the game and on its store page. Where it says more, the game's notice applies to that game.
Purchases in our games are handled by the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play and others) under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment details.
Open applications
The open application form on this website is a Google Form, so what you send is stored by Google on our behalf. We use it only for recruiting and delete it when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
- Game statistics and issue reports: up to 24 months.
- Job applications: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Emails: as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to how we use it. Write to steve@justfriendsgames.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY): imy.se.
Children
This website and our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
